At this stage, this model is intended to be a area to try out ideas. Don't look in here if you want a pure use-case model. This model will freely mix use-cases and technology - this is rather poor form in modelling terms. However, as this is as much a requirements gathering exercise as it is a modelling exercise, it makes sense to provide models which are practical and meaningful representations of the system and keep the abstract to a minimum.
OpenQuote (via it's base "insurance" project) already includes a rich and flexible PSA Model. That model will form the basis of the model we will use here.
