Some initial (very initial!) thoughts on how the admin centre might look and how it might operate.

The Admin centre is intended to be usable by anyone who has view of many OpenQuote objects (be they policies, quotations, claims etc etc). It makes these objects easy to find and view and perform operations on. It also reuses the PageFlowPortlet (currently known as the QuotationPortlet) for handling all operations. Whether the user is creating a new quotation, preparing an MTA or downloading a bordereau they will always be using a PageFlow.
