OpenQuote hangs when the Sandpit tab is opened

Release Notes Comment: RC1 issues with the deployment of product content during installation process fixed. Under RC1 product content was not being correctly setup when the server was first started.

This only appears to happen with the 1.2RC1 release. When you login (as davy/davy) from a fresh installation everything appears to be working fine until you hit the Sandpit tab - then the server hangs.
